Yes, we do. Unless it is heavy rain or a severe thunderstorm, we do clean in the rain. We are confident in our skills, even if it's a little wet. Also our work is guaranteed, so, rain or shine, if you notice that we missed something, we will gladly come back and fix it.

We understand that sometimes streaks and smudges can be hard to see on a cloudy day. That's why we are willing to come back anytime within 7 days of your original cleaning.

Excess debris on windows are things like hard water stains, artillery fungus, paint, silicone, and bug spray. We are able to remove all of these. However, we have to price them differently due to the increased amount of time required to remove them.

We ask that you move all valuable or breakable items away from the windows before we arrive. We also ask that if a window is inaccessible, you provide at least 2 ft of clearance in front of the window with enough room to open any blinds, shutters, or curtains. We will gladly assist in moving large pieces of furniture, at our discretion.
